Personally I believe that not knowing the name of major client is in a way good, because it means that JP SML is still discussing ways forward and still in negotiations. If the name of major client becomes know, then it would possibly mean the whole relationship would be going down hill fast. Hence avoiding litigation for now. The way JP comes across to me, he is very diplomatic and accommodating but still firm when it comes to business, maybe the way JP is approaching this situation with the client is the way forward. If one was to be ruthless threatening, it would not the best approach. Only JP knows the best way to deal with this matter. Having said this, yes I would love to make due diligence if I knew the major client, but this is not an option. Test of time with the BOD in the past, I have to trust they know what they are doing. These are my thoughts.
Ruprah,
Excuse me saying this, but I detected from your posts that you seem to have experience and knowledge on gold business. Probably worked in gold mines ? Apologies if I am wrong.
IF I am correct, I for one, would appreciate your take on how you perceive the potential of GGP (Havieron).
Are you able to understand and interpret results on reports which we are waiting for to see how good (hopefully) the results are ?
Hi Spy,
Your comment ........what about the the other 3bn+ shares in issue........... that’s very naive. It is not the 3b+ shares in issue that worries me. It’s the consistent several 20k 30k 40k PER DAY sales I am concerned about, which impacts the SP. !!!!!!!!! Don’t you get it. ???? I am in this game as well as you...
However, enough said.
I agree. We should discuss GGP, however, this is strategic to me. If he keeps selling, I am selling, because the way the SP is going with his selling is bringing the SP down and I am loosing out. Hence asking the question. This guy can control the SP as he sells and he has 133m of them !
I know it’s all relative, but someone with as many shares in this AIM share as SB is able to play the market. As SP moves up one (SB) can dispose of shares at a higher value gaining more profit. Then buying again at a lower SP and repeating the process again and again.
Is anyone aware of Sainsbury’s intentions to appeal to CMA. ?
The comment made by Sainsbury's CEO, Mike Coupe is SO valid, he said:
"The specific reason for wanting to merge was to lower prices for customers. The CMA's conclusion that we would increase prices post-merger ignores the dynamic and highly competitive nature of the UK grocery market. The CMA is today effectively taking Ă‚ÂŁ1 billion out of customers' pockets.
"Sainsbury's is a great business and I am confident in our strategy. We are focused on offering our customers great quality, value and service and making shopping with us as convenient as possible." End of quote.
My believe is that with this argument alone, there is a case to answer. It’s kind of unfair considering other M&A’s in this industry. I hope Sainsbury’s will appeal if they have not started already.
Cut my losses and sold after I did deeper research.
The following entry is NOT a Buy it’s a SELL 01-May-19 08:09:30 343.52724,778 Buy* 342.60344.40 16.41k O
Recommend anyone who is looking into invest here to do further research and don’t get caught as I done.
Best Wishes to all. Probably see you on another BB.
