I remain unconvinced about full transparency or strong governance. There will be dilution either way but to what extent? The way existing shareholders have been treated - ignored and repeated railroading attempts. It's still a no for this specific GM vote.

I am not at all convinced by RMD and this very timely hype from the BOD. I want the time and opportunity to absorb the current PPP direction and also to fully consider the alternative plan, upon receipt. I have no haste to give this BOD its desired authorisations only to repent later. My vote remains a no until I have my needed information.

It is not alleged. There is an alternative plan and it is far more current shareholder focused towards a stronger PPP return than we have been presented with.

No tricks here. Just a genuine desire to protect existing shareholders after the ludicrous PPP BOD since suspension

I totally get the complexity and confidentiality needs for the anticipated alternative plan. If and when it comes I do expect it to be far more existing shareholder focused with more appropriate content.

Ukraine as a warzone, still targeted by Putin, is too big a high risk unknown to me. Link that to the BOD performance and its quest for unilateral control and the way it has treated Jesse. It remains a no for me
