A number of resolutions were not passed at the agm of tym , basically what they are saying is not enough percentage of votes for this to happen and they want to put vote back to shareholders . Yes shares in lieu is good ,however the lower the sp the more shares they get , it’s in there own interest to lift the sp but that’s not happening is it . Sentiment , performance , history are all factors that need to be addressed by the directors . Until they address this then we stay in Iimbo I’m afraid . The last fundraising in August 2020 happened when the sp was at a five year high . It quickly retracted and hasn’t recovered since . Think patrick quoted He didn’t expect sp to move to this high before the fundraiser was agreed , says it all when he doesn’t expect sp to move .

I hope PC bins kimball as a result of this . Should of had appropriate quality control measures before sending products to potential customers . At the end of the day PC is ultimately responsible and he needs to take it on the chin from investors but at the same time bring measures in to ensure fiascos such as this never occurs again .
