Like wise, i have been in this for a long time ( 96p ) and havnt sold one share. Apart from the fact that it doesnt pay a dividend, i'm with you, its about as stress free as you can get.

If the technology is indeed there to produce non plastic, biodegradable bags, BIOM should be rocking and rolling ( this is the very reason why i invested in the first place ). However, if the they are producing such items, the order book should be bulging at the seams. I dont see that happening at present, so i will also hold, mainly because my average is still above the current S/P , but also because, in the unlikely event that the companies own press is correct, and they do have potential, i want to be part of it.

indeed.... the plot thickens. i would be very interested to know if any of the BOD took advantage of this " buy back " scenario though... Very interested indeed.

if that,s your suggestion, then i think we should instruct lawyers post haste, because the BOD have already subjected the poor shareholders to enough pain with their verging on " criminal " handling of this stock over the last few months. To pour acid on the open wounds of everyone currently holding the stock, by creating an enviroment where they can off load their own personal holdings in the company, to the company, via a buy back scheme that was initiated by themselves, for themselves, and has clearly seen the share price inflate considerably, would seem to me, to be a criminal act to me.

are you suggesting that the BOD are selling their own personal holdings back to the company via a "buy back" initiative backed by the BOD ?
