Actually I think shareholder focus should be firmly on Avonmouth. Corcel will own 100% and the land lease is secured along with the grid connection and planning. It is genuinely 'shovel ready' so all they need to do now is get to financial close which is this year and then when complete the project will have net margins of between £3.3m and £5m per yr to Corcel. Current Market Cap £5m makes no sense.

Hopefully Burwell news next week. If the land owner sells then the new owner will sign with Corcel, If the sale does not happen the I think the current owner will sign anyway with Corcel. Either way is has to come to a head.

Exciting times ahead. Just a bit longer to wait for the outcome.

So basically by the end of this yr Corcel are targeting WOWO Gap settlement/deal, Tring Road and Avonmouth Financial Close and Burwell shovel ready which obviously means lease deal sorted. Good, if all of this comes off then we will be back over 2.3p again. Let's See.

If they get just one of the projects over the line we will get back over 2p and onwards to much higher. It is just like watching paint dry with this BOD.

so that is 50% of market cap in income in first 6 months on Saltfleetby alone ? lol, erm undervalued or what ! and then even when hedge kicks in £5.4m per yr income for Angus based on 5mmcf/d.

I get around £4m to Angus for the 6 months and then £450k per month when the hedge kicks in (based on 90p therm).
