That $647,000,000 in U.S. Currency shall be forfeited to the United States and RBG will provide that amount to the United States on or before August 10, 2019.

DATE OF AGREEMENT WAS 10TH JUNE so today is the last day for the payment of $700m.

They have until 10th August for the final payment.

I think there will be a case closure announcement after the payment is received either later this week or next.

In the meantime all those selleing are being taken advantage of IMO. These shares are being bought up by someone hence all the AT trades. I took another small top up today, hope I am right !

holding this down is the court case. Once sorted it will fly. The company just need to do a deal and get rid of it (if possible).

I wonder if this could be the key.

Most of the problems occured prior to Dec 2014 when Indivior Plc took over Indivior Inc.

The settlement by Reckitt Benckisser can only be for Reckitt Benckisser as they do not have the authority to settle for Indivior Inc as they no longer own it. So how can they sign off a settlement on a company they have no authority in.

So when/if it comes to court Indivior Plc can now argue that all issues from prior to Dec 2014 are not their problem. Anything after then yes, but not before and in any case ALL of the matters before then have been settled by the then owners of Indivior Inc.

Simple fact really, RB cannot sign on behalf of Indivior Inc. They cannot even sign on behalf of Indivior Inc for matters prior to 2014. They are not authorised to do so. That is probably why the clause about possible liability of Indivior Inc and Indivior Plc was in the settlement doc.

My opinion stands that this case will not come to trial, it will either be dropped or they will have to bring a new case for matters post Dec 2014.

While the Reckitt case is completely separate to Indiviors, it does indicate that a settlement, without admission of wrongdoing and the consequent implications, can be reached with the DoJ. Indivior continues to be willing to fight the DoJ in court, but is also in parallel talking to the US Department of Health and Human Services to find a way to avoid being excluded from government contracts. The DoJ court case is due to start in May 2020. While there remains significant uncertainty about the eventual outcome of litigation with DoJ, we believe this is fully reflected in the share price.

But it does state the case number in the article and that it is being settled.

Thunder2040, Yes they were, look at the paperwork, we all missed it. Their name is on the 1st page court paperwork, they are named. They have settled.

Personally I believe we will get another rns when the $1.4b is paid over saying the case is closed.
The court case is against Reckitt too, look at the paperwork. It cannot continue once they have settled.
In the meantime mm's are screwing us.

Look at the case 1st page. IT IS actually against Indivior Inc (aka Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceuticles Inc AND Indivior Plc.

So if Reckitt have settled the case is over. Just becuase Indivior are saying they have no new information at present does not mean it is not over. They are probably following rules until they get the official notification.

Just read the new chairman’s statement in last months results to see where this is Going. It is pretty obvious where funding for the drill is coming from and obvious that the bod is getting much stronger with new acquisitions also targeted. Exciting times ahead.
