That is 275m total in issue and over 50m of those held by just 4 holders.

With all the other holder with a few mill but under the 3% reporting threshold there must be very few in free float.

Another big holder appears from the placing in dec. something big brewing here imo. Another 5.58% locked up.

This is from 2018. It shows how long Petroteq have been at this. Now they are in production. Tomco and Valkor will benefit from all the work done so far and just pick up a bolt together operation to produce oil on Tomco leases that have hundreds of millions of barrels waiting.

Just a bit more info. The leases contain literally hundreds of millions of barrels in OIL SHALE. If tomco pull of production of oil from the Turboshale re run then the company will be worth many multiples of the current sp. We are talking MANY multiples (based only on turboshale).

What went wrong (after my endless poking and research and asking questions) was that the heat which was meant to be down hole heating the shale was also heating the well head to a dangerous temperature. It simply had to be turned off. Oil was seen down hole when they removed the antenna, which showed it works. The well head has now been redesigned to stop this happening. I believe this (amongst other things) involved a heat shield between the well head and the down hole equipment. This SHOULD solve the issue and allow the test to run its full course which will then produce the oil.

Regarding the OIL SANDS proposed production plant. This is a no brainer. Petroteq are already using the exact same system and producing oil. The problem they have (IMO) and the the reason the SP there is not moving is that they are the company that have spent millions getting to where they are now.

Valkor and Tomco do not have that issue. In fact TOMCO have ZERO debt. Yes they have to finance the plant but this can be done in many ways such as oil presale (as production is guaranteed with this system) and bank debt.

You could complain that they did a placing at a misserable price but i would rather have that than big debts and no income yet.

There are still only 230m ish shares in issue which is nothing really. 35m are held by 3 holders and there are large number with a few million but under the 3% reporting threshold.

I believe the Valkor announcement is very close (but I know things can and do go wrong!) and if it comes and they are moving ahead this sp will be history.

This is their Trinidad Oil Company https://www.trinidadoil.com They are plannig to use the Turboshale tech here as opposed to the current stem method which is more expensive.

Whilst I am by No means the brains of any BB here is what has and is going on.

in 2019 tomco did a field test to prove that their turboshale system would produce oil from OIL SHALE. In anticipation of a fully successfull outcome the SP ran to 14p. However the field test was only partially successful (company view) and the SP collapsed as investors deemed it a failure. Tomco then started work on improvements to the wellhead which is where the problem was. They had no option but to raise more money to re visit the field test this year and ad to do so at a pathetic SP of 0.65p. The plan is to revist the same test site and finally prove turboshale works which will be massive news

During this time Tomco were introduced to Steve Byle of Valkor. Valkor were instrumental in getting the Petroteq Oil Sands Plant working and producing oil from oil sands in Utah. Valkor and Tomco are now looking at Tomco's leases with a view to producing a minimum of 3,000 barrels per day. There is a the possibility of larger plants in the future also on tomco leases.

We are awaiting confirmation that the first plant is going ahead. IF this happens the market cap of TOMCO (in my view) will pass the high of 25m easily.

third, there is also the possibility of using turboshale tech on the Valkor oil fields in trinidad but I think that one is further down the line.

In all the next few months will transform Tomco, all of course subject to the first plant going ahead.

ok, just sit and watch then and buy in when it comes.

£10m is peanuts if this Valkor deal is confirmed. We could be talking of several plants each doing 3k to 10k barrels a day.

big jv very possible with Valkor on Tomco leases in Utah. Just waiting for the confirmation. It will tranform the company. DYOR though.

I was completely right. I was talking 2 things.

1. JV with Valkor on tomco lease to produce a few thousand barrels of oil per day using an already proven method. No chance of failure with the tech it is currently being used successfully.

2.Return to the oil shale test site to produce oil using the improved well head.

3. Possible work in trinidad usng the rf tech.

I do know the difference between oil snds and oil shale, I have held tomco for over 10 yrs.
