Thanks to damac on another site:POST 1 :Been doing a bit of digging on Mr Sebastian Marr, he has (or had) his fingers in many pies....In July 2017, Sebastian Marr was listed as a 7.41% shareholder of Senterra Energy Plc.hxxps://www.uogplc.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/245187SenterraProspectus.pdfIn July 2017, Senterra Energy concluded a reverse takeover of UOG Holdings Plc and as of August 2019 became known as United Oil & Gas.hxxps://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/news/AN_1501002236871493100/senterra-prospectus-published-to-change-name-to-united-oil--gas-(alliss).aspxIn February 2019, Sebastian Marr purchased 13.6% in Mayan Energy.hxxps://www.lse.co.uk/news/MYN/investor-sebastian-marr-now-owns-14-of-mayan-energy-stake-alliss-xmh1zehtif5bbtn.htmlIn February 2019, Mayan Energy sell 50% of the operating rights and interests of the Asphalt Ridge license in Utah to Petroteq. Mayan Energy also hold approx. 1 million shares in Petroteq.hxxps://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/news/AN_1549894781327034100/mayan-energy-investee-petroteq-energy-to-buy-50-stake-in-utah-field.aspxIn April 2019 Mayan Energy enter into a conditional share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of Attis.http://uk.advfn.com/stock-market/london/mayan-MYN/share-news/Mayan-Energy-Limited-Acquisition-Board-Change-Ra/79791182In November 2019, Sebastian Marr purchased 11% in Attis Oil & Gas Ltd.https://www.investegate.co.uk/article.aspx?id=201911061141015011SPOST 2 : Regardless of whether Sebastian Marr's involvement is a personal investment or part of a strategic move, either way, the fact that he is connected to Petroteq via other investments tells me that the chatter among Valkor/Petroteq/Attis with regards to the Tomco leases is very positive. He wouldn't throw £100k at Tomco without being fairly certain that things are going to progress between Tomco and Valkor/Petroteq.
