LB28, exactly, if that is what they believe then cancel the reamining 600k which is holding us back and raise at their own 6p valuation which is where the sp would go (even higher with the balcombe go ahead).

Sam, what do you think these conversion shares are? they are just a plcing done a different way. Only they are doing it at a penny or less at present. The sp cannot rise whilst this cloud is hanging over the company.

Sam12345, who knows, they could be selling ones they havent converted yet! they have another 600k worth available to them, I would put that at around another 90m. Its not a lot but it is avoidable with the cash Angus have.

They are probably mates of the BOD though !

This would then let the sp rise to a realistic level which would enable them to do a placing to replace the £600k and remaining £500k available at a much higher sp. Say £1.1m at 8p instead of letting these dossers get the shares at less than a penny and make 50% each time.

Cant see why Angs dont do a placing now for the £600k and pay riverfort back, should be easy on the back of the news and takes away the discounted conversions.

Even do it for £1.1m and raise the extra £500k which is still available rather than give it these manipluating dossers.

and so resulting in less shares issued.

the only way to beat them is to keep buying and force the sp up and thus force the conversion price up.

you just have to remember that the sp at the moment is not based on the value of the assets, it is purely in the hands of those holding the conversion rights.

They only have £600k to convert now and then the sp will start to show the tru value of the company. Patience and you will see double figures again. I will be adding as funds allow.

Once these 32m are cleared they will convert another batch. This will be based on the 3 day average less 7.5%. So if we finish today at .95p the 3 day average will be 0.84. less 7.5% = 0.765p. That is assuming they do another one tomorrow. If so they will want 50% on top again so the sp will rise to 1.2 - 1.2p. And so on until they are done. Then hopefully ANGUS will not draw down the remainder until the sp is at a much higher level, so keeping the SP higher.

All IMO, just a but of patience required and remember ANGUS will end up with zero debt.

amazing buying, all these trades have been buys except a couple of sells at .935. These are def the 32m conversion and it will shoot up once they are gone imo.
