Yes I agree, those who have lost money and taken the punch in the ribs like we all have to sometimes, I feel for them and I hope one day they find an investment that makes them their money back. Wether it be back in ANGS or somewhere else.

They have delivered a new contract, 51% of a proven producing field that no longer fits in the previous operators plans, so they moved it out and retained 49%. Simple really, these things happen all the time in Oil and Gas. But somehow, you regard this also as a con, a scam, a fraud.

Once this field is producing again later in the year you will no doubt say the gas is fake, it doesnt burn, etc etc.

I really do not understand your problem. Saltfleetby will produce millions for Angus, Balcombe (subject to approval) will produce great cash flow and all holders will be sat at a much higher SP from here. Meanwhile you will still not be able to sleep at night and will then have many more reasons to be upset as it sinks in that all this time you have been here has been wasted.

I will still be here in those coming months, I hope you are too as I just want to see what you have to say when the taps at saltfleetby are turned on, the oil at balcombe is flowing and maybe, just maybe there is also a new project coming in.

Good, no conversion announced today. Average last 3 days is now 0.89 so any conversion monday would be at 0.82 minimum so it is going up.

They would want 1p+ for those which will see the sp rise. Then a bit more for the next one. Slowly it will go up from here. If it goes up monday and they dont announce a conversion the the conversion price will be even higher. Nice.

Only 600k to convert. I would imagine they may wait a while for nearer to balcombe announcement giving time for the sp to make a decent run up. ALL IMO.

took another 50,000, back next week for a few more folks!

I do suppose another way of looking at it is that everyone has the opportunity at present to buy in, top up etc at under a penny. Once these conversion shares are gone that will not be available IMO.

exactly Crocman, whaich is why they should cancel the ramining 600k convertible (if they can). And def not take the remaining £500k as they can now get better terms.

Whaichever way, they £600 is nothing really and will be gone soon but if they take the reamining 500k from these market abusers I will be a little annoyed !

You say in the rns that the value is 2.9p to 6.1p on saltfleetby, yet you are allowing a further 600k to be converted at less than 1p WHY ?

If you believe what you say is true cancel the remainder, let the sp rise then place at 6p. Makes Sense ?
