Trying to work out costs for masks
This contract for 2000 FFP3 masks
Northumbria University are looking to place an order to purchase an initial quantity of approx 2,000 FFP3 masks (no lesser equivalents will be accepted) ahead of the new academic year in September 2020..
Additional text The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
Value of contract - £10,000 to £25,000
So lower estimmate £5 a mask then, obviously this is supplier cost , so minus the manufacturing and overhead costs for a mere 2000

Of course the above for standard FFp3 mask. IF and of course there is risk but IF P2F can prove up the potential of a virus killng mask then there is very real large upside here , I would imagine , and this was mentioned in a past RNS licensing oportunities on proof of concept.
Just to put things in perspective here is a contract filled by 3M for FFp2 and FFp3 masks for 15M quid

The has a monthly need for 80-90 million Face masks ( Surgical grades ) a small slice of that under licensing alone would be Epic
......
So being extremley conservative here , lets imagine licensing to other manufacturers for say 10 mil masks a month at 5 p a mask ( small change )
= Revenues of £0.5 million a month = £6 Million a year , for doing nothing really
The UK Government already has invested / started to build prodcution lines for standard masks

P2F concept is simply to produce an additional layer within mask with nano tech, a simple extra layer which could be easily induced to any production line would think.
If proved up I imagine P2F could sell this to other manfactures with ease, am conffident if the tech is proven the RNS's will start rolling in.
