Actually, thinking it through I suppose the directors of RMS would like to see the result of the face mask trial before commiting fully to the deal.

If I were a large holder in rms and saw the potential of the other parts of the group I would not want to give so many shares away if the mask was not certified as an anti vial mask and P2F were just going ahead and producing a normal mask.

So my assumption is that we will get the mask result first and if positive it will be followed by the circular and takeover. If not positive then tell them to go away.

look at the rms takeover of P2F, nothing after 7 weeks (waiver normally takes 3),

now the mask trial result due by early October..... lets see if he finally does something on time.........

Only 1 mm on 0.78. We are another day closer to the mask test result and take over. Hold onto your hats if/when a positive result is announced.
