NT can mean a few things, price about to change, only large sells/buys taken as the last mm oon a particular price does not want to buy/sell. You need to understand how it works.

Anyway I dont think it is an issue as the chances of the warrants getting through are practically zero imo.

I meant if the warrants pass they are only excersisable for a 3 month period, then they expire. So the holders will either have to take them and pay up or they expire.

My theory on why the sp is sitting at this level.

If the warrants are passed (which is very doubtful), the warrants will not be cashed within 3 months if the sp stays at this level. The SP would need to be 3.5p+ for the warrnt holders to cash them in. If they are passed then I am expecting the bod to be frugal in news releases for 3 months as they dont want the dilution. Dont forget this stupid arrangement was done by the greed ex BOD. The current bod will let them expire.

If the warrants are defeated which is very likely then the SP will react and move up as the BOD will then get on with releasing production news, order news etc etc and there is no future dilution coming.

I would not count out the current bod spending a million or so on share buy backs in the market if the warrants are defeated.

Seems pretty obvious to me that nothing substantial will be released until Friday when the vote is known. Unless of course after 1pm today the current BOD have an idea on the result.

it is really difficuly to understand the logic of selling today. I just dont get it. It is pretty much nailed on we are getting the warrants cancelled and that production news is imminent. Why would you sell today?
