This is the thing many don’t realise or haven’t done their research ...Desert Mountain has a market cap of around CAD 87million, so £50m in our money. They have a helium project no where near the size of ours and some tiny oil and gas project to supplement it. So just going by their market cap which is 600% up in the past 4 months, we would be valued at around 24p with 210 million shares (what I’ve worked out) coming to the market. That’s not even taking into account our deposit is about 50 times larger...Do some research peeps and realise what a golden nugget this is.

Yes it’s my buy order going through, said weeks ago I felt it would drop below 1:50 and was attacked by the likes of Ereddy ... who went on to post this below, which is in contrast to his post last night;

Billingham is worth £40m to EQT and they have several other projects in the pipeline, eg California, Greece, France, etc. Also in the press release on 28/5/20, they seem to be getting serious enquiries and following up on 2 or 3 new projects per month now, meaning another potenrial 24 to 30 for this year alone.

I calculate 1.482 bn warrants outstanding at an average exercise price of 0.43p, most have a time limit during 2021. Exercise prices range from 0.25p to 1.57p. The other main consideration is an outstanding loan from the principal shareholder Altair of circa £2 mn which matures late July I believe. It's convertible at 0.66p. The 24 March 2020 Align Research doc is well worth reading. The new CEO is doing a great job in commercialising the technology, if the company can sign off the Billingham JV then the sky's the limit.
