It really doesn’t matter if it gets signed off tomorrow or in 10 days time, it will still have a rapid rise if the deal is a good one. I can wait 10 days or even a month if necessary, just hoping they get a good JV.

If a JV partner is going to invest £10m for a 30-40% stake in a drill, wouldn’t they be better off just buying TRP, whose market cap in £2.6m?!?

Splatted what are your thoughts on the EECP deal? If they got another £2.3 million to convert, that’s almost double the current market cap.

Hi Splatted no I wasn’t. I was considering investing here but after seeing the EECP deal I think I’ll give it a miss.

Looks to me they’ve only exercised $675k of a potential $3 million placing amount. This is a death spiral and the share price is going no where until they are out. Given the deal that was agreed by Asher, they aren’t going anywhere soon…

Now buys at 0.15p, it will be Helium One on steroids.
