All pretty much true FD, have been reading your posts today and smiling, and i think far more on here would agree with you without saying it.

firstly, anyone that bothers to attack another company (and spend hours doing it) clearly has no real job and an IQ below room temperature (C, not F)

the quality of the KOD and PREM boards is a complete mess and full of complete BS artists and idiots from what i can see. some CEOs read boards, and ours must be embarrassed.

doesnt reflect well on the company or for others even thinking of investing.

Looking at the prem stuff going on today, and of course kodal affected and will almost certainly miss their deadline, makes you very glad to be here at ATM

Lots of selling, not entirely sure what the people getting out on presumably the opertional update but there you go, the top up price i needed.

The problem is chatty (though not really a problem for us) is that ATM is being rated and valued as a junior miner, whereas we are not really that at all

they have regular cash flows, decent profit

they know how to construct things and easy modular design means ramp up quickly and easily at our pace

they have all permitting in place

they have a great jurisdiction to work in, close to port

Never very impressed by that graphic, they have bundled all the investors like us into HL and ii etc, so its not really as it seems, most companies can do that

having said that, still great investment base, and fairly tight.

if it is NPV, the interesting question is what is he basing the 2 bill NPV on, at this point can only really be Uis (v1 + v2) as they couldnt really base it on anything else at this point ?

Right, finished the video, and just a couple of questions (clarity of sound mainly) regarding what mike rawlinson said (who owns 5 mill shares + according to our share register)

notes on what he said (and bear in mind this was last year, but looks like has unfolded way they said it would)

- future will be 50% tin / 45% lithium / 5% tantalum

- once they they triple throughput for phase 1 (about to be met i think, end of summer ?, we will have 2.5mt ROM

with revenue of 130 mill (i assume dollars), with ebitda 80 mill (i assume dollars, though we report in £ so could be £)

- phase 2, will cost 440 mill (again not sure what ccy he is using) which phase 1 will fund partly and help in financing

- he also said at end "2 billion mpd" for phase 2, i guess that is some sort of revenue figure buit have no idea what mpd is

any ideas ?

Yes, its masssive, and AV has repeated (still playing video as i type) "once in a lifetime"

what will be difficult, or maybe not as i think they will almost certainly go offtake, is how they arrange a partner (like the kodal route) but because of the potential and sure scale of getting drilling results (and no way for all by september), it now can only be offtake agreements (which is what AV has always said i think)

offtakes lot easier, just have to deliver the tons, then we can explore what we want and keep to ourselves

unless someone makes a huge leap and does a % for just lithium ops, but cant see that, too complex and companies want to see the finished resource as inferred, which is a bit off

just sold some kodal to get some more ammunition, now have roughly equal amounts in each, which i am more than happy with.

as we have no idea of the size of the 180 outcrops, some will be big some small, and i think the 200 mt is conservative (they usually are), we could easily be looking 500mt - 1000mt ?

anyone else agree ?

of course, grades are important, he said the 12 pits are ****genous so i assume that implies same grades or maybe better, not sure about the 180 other targets

Trades are published when finished and those trades span most of the day, and there is absolutely no way of knowing unless you are a MM involved that they were buys or sells

Was a great RNS, everything on track so expect another one for end of june pilot plant completion

If kodal miss ANOTHER deadline or they complete and it spikes can see money coming over as i now prefer andrata (thats what i will do anyway, at least another 100k). so eithyer way i think we will get some kodal money

also PREM, if they continue to fail to execute, we will get some money

only a few AIM lithium miners, and i thought kodal were by far the best, now i think its ATM, kodal still good, and not interested in PREM at all.

Its a hard one to resist, have seen a few of these build and unwind over the years.

we could do with some news though to cement things down, or we might be liable to a tree shake
