Been researching and looking into all the recent offtakes/strategic alliances /joint ventures and looking at the offtakes, they are prob not what we need and will go for.

usually companies buying 20% of production say and then paying spot price for an upfront fee of say $20 mill with that money to come off (mostly) future sales is not really what i think we will or should do and doesnt really help that much with phase 2 build

therefore a very nice strategic partner with a % of a new lithium company way to go i think

Yes but same traders push prices beyond reasonable highs (for any given news, even though we know its going much higher) and gives us artificial lows etc

when we rise 10% in a day its not the likes of us driving the main change.

the wildcards in all of it are:

1. can we burn off the extra petalite silica stuff to convert to effective li carb ?

2. will namibia want to refine and create in house ?

that will kind of seriously affect the deal

the resource is not really in question, its for me the news back from the refineries that test our stuff to see what they can make it into

not entirely sure what barclays are doing (and i doubt its just putting numbers on a spreadsheet, we know how AV hates excel :-), so i expect with multiple bids and interest there will be a lot of due diligence, costings, financial strength, the kind of thing you would hire barclays to do.

if anything, knowing pretty much everything with mining, i would say longer maybe october, just way it goes

and if they are required to run the partner company by namibia, then well........could be anything
