kind of agree with TDT, think the old UIS mine was maybe based on the but not this recent version

so was the previous post saying that a mine has to make a profit to explore a far more valuable resource that is on site and extractable at the same time as tin ?

that makes no sense at all and kind suggests that all businesses can only grow through organic growth and that is just not the case (there are finance mkts to tap....)

Either way i sense a price breakout very soon

couldnt disagree more, its hardly hearsay is it if its the CEO of a company doing lots of interviews about a deal. and from what i can see there are no constraints around the deal, we just pick the best in class

we are under the radar and few care at this point, and yes, its not official. but the mkt (or its players) do take side bets based on some sort of probability of things happening.

there are many good events (esp oil and gas) that are flagged up and rise before the official announcement.

its not hard for the mkt to join the dots, they know we have the resource, they know how important lithium is etc

the deal will be very good (not quite sure about eye watering) but not sure how the mkt will react and we should be nearer 12-14p before the announcement but not sure on AIM that will happen

But copper do you not think that people know that they might have to hold for only 4-6 weeks and get allegedly 5x the share price, for a deal that we decide and is in our hands ?

i could understand if it was some phase 3 trial or a bid from somewhere crazy or waiting for amazing drill results, or even a govt approving this or that

but to increase by a huge amount and all we have to do is trust AV that is is eye watering ?

if that becomes the case then the lithium mkt is like having your own printing press and i know life just doesnt work like that

This issue i have is that while it might eye watering and based on that $3 we should be way way higher NOW, i just cant see a big jump on AIM when the info is already known that we are looking at deals and although ATM are under the radar, just cant see if jumping like that, its just too obvious and too easy

now, if it came outr of left field, yeah the fine but life just doesnt work like this so little bit re-setting my expectations

As someone mentioned theyt might be transfers, there just isnt enough volume to fill these, unless the MM have a ridiculous amount on hand.

Well,

thats good to get out of the way, "tin only" says only 1 thing doesnt it.......keep the company clear for the partner in the autumn, less complicated, easier to make an offer, and therefore will be a lithium JV only and that is what is coming.

mind you pretty much the way it was always going to go but now the bidders have a very clear runway for the lithium.

also make me believe it will largely be a share deal similar to kodals (assuming that gets sorted out) with some cash for a new lithium subsidiary, and prob wont be an offtake (though bidder might get preferential terms and some sort of offtake based on if and where they are in the supply chain)

Have to say pretty strong rns from sylvania, they just keep doingt things right, 100% trust in these guys.

also shows faith in future pgm prices plus they have been watching the high chrome prices for a while now.

so very pleased, glad they were sitting on the cash pile so they can make moves like this.
