tbh I owe it to Nick not because I believe I have any price sensitive info but out of respect to him. He answered all of my questions fairly and honestly I like yourselves await what I believe will be positive.

Today has seen a number of sells which I believe is the new shares for the acquisition of increase in Zaco

Arc Minerals Limited ("Arc" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that it has acquired a further 5% interest in Zaco Limited ("Zaco"). Arc now holds a 47.5% interest in Zaco.

Following the discovery of the large West Lunga target (as per the announcement dated 4 July 2019), Arc Minerals has purchased a further 5% interest in Zaco from Rémy Welschinger, a Non-Executive Director of Arc, for a total consideration of 1,414,000 New Ordinary Shares of no par value in the share capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares").

Rarely do chairman answer questions as clearly and precisely as the reply Nick gave me yesterday (non of which was price sensitive!)
I will not post here to avoid the fallout but I'm confident this is building serious momentum. Another blue day for sure!

1. Why doesn't colin bird take any of his firms private? He should make himself a fortune.

I could give anyone on AIM stocks is ask yourself would Warren Buffet invest in a firm like this...………… the answer would be NO WAY IMO

daz unfortunately you'll only know this for sure in another 2-5 years or so. Look at his track record 4 companies more or less see share prices drop from multiple £££ to pennies and fractions of pence and thats after share price consolidation.

XTR was £18.85 reweighted but if you factor in consolodation and new issues his firm would have gone bust numerous times. A FTSE 100 firm would NOT be able to operate like this the regulators would be all over it. Its only becuase of lax AIM rules this has survived failure numerous times BUT BUT BUT mostly becuase private investors are frankly daft

very little cheap stock around 50 minutes to close roll on tomorrow

back to my other stocks one in particular that has actually found something big in Zambia that IS NOT mined out already and next to two of Africas biggest mines.

daz im not trying to pick fights or get into personal conflict mate just based on my experiences of 12 years observing this particular chairman's actions. Actions speak louder than words and so does real bottom line profits. I would rather gamble on the horses than this

for such a great deal look like the share price tells me the market would not touch this either. Why fund a pipe dream far more sensible to see it even get to the production profitable phase first which I doubt this will do in 5 years same as Bezant resources, Galileo ect ect

whats good here seems they've bought a mined out deposit all the easy picking taken. Buying tailings dumps...… clue in the name.
Need to raise cash at shareholder expense just to get over the start line!
Then will no doubt need a healthy lump of cash at some point as thats the way Colin Bird lays the game. All with a jam tomorrow teaser of maybe more untapped resource!

Sorry if I offend BUT the fact is this firm would have gone bust numerous times if it didn't dilute and hold out the begging bowl god knows how many times over the years.

I have lots of great millionaire making ideas no financial institution would touch with a barge pole. XTR knows the average private investor is dumb and thats why they keep rolling along BUT NEVER in 12 years have I seen any of colin birds businesses he is linked to make investors money. XTR JLP GLR BZT look at ALL four charts read the history and make your own opinion. But I wouldnt touch this with a barge pole.

so probably 16-20 million new shares to be issued SHOCKING SHOCKING for long termers who have seen their investment destroyed many times over in the last 12 years
