Hedge fund kingpin Ray Dalio is seeing a case for gold as central banks get more aggressive with policies that devalue currencies and are about to cause a "paradigm shift" in investing.
Dalio, founder of the world's largest hedge fund, wrote in a LinkedIn post that investors have been pushed into stocks and other assets that have equity-like returns. As a result, too many people are holding these types of securities and likely to face diminishing returns.
"I think these are unlikely to be good real returning investments and that those that will most likely do best will be those that do well when the value of money is being depreciated and domestic and international conflicts are significant, such as gold," the Bridgewater Associates leader said

westie I mean the mates rates throughout the day the prices trading didn't look fair rates to me OR maybe they've cleared the overhang and the rise was due to lack of free shares

whats you guys opinion of KEFI I have a small holding and it looks massively undervalued here today thinking of a big position £5k or more

FANTASTIC presentation this looks tremendously undervalued IMO

KEFI current mcap today £8.5 million is $10 per oz of gold thats CRAZY! Gold currently $1400 so the mcap is a FRACTION of true value and should be nearer $100 today a 10 fold increase from todays market price and that is still undervalued.

Checking my history I acquired £10k SOLG March 2016 at 3p and sold mid July 2016 3.5p! only to watch it rise relentlessly to 45p

Missed a £140k profit !

I might add that I am happy to add a few more here I believe the trend seems very well established and this is ultimately shaping up to become a major discovery!

This is a carbon copy of SOLG which I was actively invested in at 3p selling wayyyyyy to early after getting frustrated at a lack of rise only to watch in dismay the relentless rise especially when BHP came on board.

Lesson learnt BUY and HOLD!!!!

if the market is supposedly perfect then its logical to assume todays RNS was priced in by mm's and major shareholders after all anyone can tell from a core sample if there are any visible shows so assuming they are drilling ahead the next drills will be what moves this up to the next leg higher. Let alone any news on
1. Gold asset sales
2. New major targets
3. Zamsort update
4. Major partnership

chart wise is a hurdle soon as 5p broken its clear to 7p+

wonder if theyre placing a few into this news to fund drilling avoiding taking a poor deal with a major. That would be tter longer term to retain a larger slice of the pie.
