so what we have here at Petrel is a carbon copy of the deal at ADM energy (formerly MXO)

Oil and gas investment company MX Oil said it had raised £680k through share issue that saw Shaikh Ahmed Bin Dalmook Al Maktoum become a substantial shareholder.
New shares in the company were issued at 0.04p each.

Regarding assays, yes we will be announcing further results but too early to draw conclusions about definitive zones etc.

some interesting questions and clarification on the warrants and options IF they were all converted would generate close to 15 million cash to ARC that would negate any borrowing requirements. BUT its clear the vast majority are held my key investors so as NsS says they in no hurry to convert.
