I’m still holding out hope they bring this deal out of the bag… also we don’t know what communication is going on between Vela SGS and the UAE I don’t think they will be keeping quiet about the slow progress… we just don’t see that communication. Whilst am still P’d off with how JN and co have handled communication with his Shareholders… and the fact the majority of the investments made have not done so well… I will be holding on to the fact that JN and his track record will bode well for us all… how long this will take who knows but not selling at a loss! Gla.

Considering SGS pride themselves as an accelerator in trial process… they are failing miserably here!

Hate to say it Hector but have to agree… even though commercialisation is apparently still ongoing the rest of the investments haven’t been disappointing to say the least… bar a couple that have proved themselves.. out of the amount and number of investments it’s not a good track record here!! JN gets 2 out of 10.

Also other countries aren’t as far forward as we are in the fight against covid… this is around forever and can still create multiple mutations…

But it’s not a failed trial when they say successful trial and commercialisation in progress!! Until they tell us any different. Sentiment have made the sp fall… however we should be at 7 million… I say should!

Our MC should be closer to 7 million re investments and cash!

This has probably been asked before… trying to remind myself… do SGS own the full rights for AZD1656 or was it just for the rights with regards to diabetes and Covid treatment. Currently there is another clinical trial that has just started using AZD1656 can’t see if SGS are involved.

Commercialisation deal still in progress as per director from Excalibur msg

At Excalibur… very nice chap. Obviously couldn’t tell us anything we don’t already know but gave me that warm cosy feeling.

I can confirm what we said in the release, that commercialisation discussions are under way now. Due to the public status of Vela and other investors I cant share any information without releasing to the market as a whole unfortunately. Your specific question of when can we expect an update is one which actually can't be answered: some deals of this type are done in days, others can take months and it would be remiss and most likely end in disappointment to give you a date.

Suffice to say we found the results to be very good and the response to date has been very positive.

Sorry I can't be more specific but I am sure you understand the reason.

When you say you want to oust the BoD what do you mean?? Remember there are only a few people in the company…. I certainly don’t want to oust anyone I want JN to give us a statement to what is going on. Currently we only have a few people
On the payroll… JN, Brent, Emma and think one other (chairman), Think we need clear definition of roles. JN is obviously the brains behind the investment strategy… not sure what Brent does. Potential research. But I certainly don’t want to oust the BoD… but what we have done re the consolidation (I voted for)… this has made them sit up and listen to what we have to say. The lack of comms is dire. Have msg’d to see if there could be a Q and A session for shareholders and the BoD albeit think will be a bloodbath atm due to the general feeling. Who knows we could get some response.

Agree but now was not the right time…imo. More people would have gone for it if the sp had not moved that much since xmas. The fact the sgs sold straight away and Sent the sp into downward spin, has not favoured him well!

It’s the only place we have to vent where people understand our frustration…. Tbf there is not that much moaning on here tbh… we were all talking about the AGM today so I don’t get why you and PM are moaning about us moaning lol let us be!
