Hi Chain, tend to agree that Recyclus (the child) will need to pay back TM1 ( the parent) or absorb somehow through a RTO. Not sure if or how this could happen but I’m hopeful that when suspension is lifted the SP will show a pos Rise. The strategic plan will need to show the direction of travel and how it will be financed

Think it’s turned a corner, Have the 2 founders back with the drive energy and shares to make a go of it. Streamlined the office staff down a more focused team. Got rid of the Boohoo management team that tried really hard to destroy the company and failed. I think the good news will start coming in very soon and my first target is 10p very achievable imho

Yes it’s very difficult to understand why the SP would be so poor after such good news. Strange but it usually goes up and recovers the day after for some reason. Lets see what happens tomorrow

You’re absolutely right, I’m a long term holder building on steady good news. Just done well at 2.72p. This is without saying HUGE news as with a mining permit, it’s all pie in the sky and dreams. Now I think we will see some big money coming in as this project has just jumped Beachers Brook and is galloping for the finish line. GLA

There are a number of markets and retail customers where performance has continued to be strong or has improved. Sales on Amazon in both Europe and the US have continued to show strong growth. Significant US retail customers have returned to year-on-year growth and sales in some international markets, such as Turkey, have exceeded expectations. Consequently, the Company expects year-on-year revenue decline rates to reduce significantly in the second half of the year.

From the full year results, well into second half of year now so interesting to see the fine details

Should be interesting to see if the SP can break through the 4p barrier over the next 2 or 3 days trading, as the new offer shares of 3p get absorbed into the rise. I recon if it gets past 4p it should really take off
