I think nasdaq like it, crml are up 8% on pre market, so even if it’s an all share deal that’s still a good earner with great potential

My take on this and it’s only wishful thinking is that they knew the Crml deal was very close and therefore this has delayed the accounts. This alters significantly the ability of TM1 to RTO Recyclus group outstanding equity shares. The RTO might therefore be back on. I’ve always been glass half full

Finally a good news story. When the Li boxes came out I thought at the time they could really take off. Having worked on major construction projects May years the demand for smaller versions of the boxes is huge for the ever increasing li battery power tools as well. This Li box business has the potential to be massive imho

The Groc asset share alone is a huge reason why we should be topping up here whenever finances allow. Although a long term project I see GROC generating substantial profits when up and running, having nearly 40% of that will transform Alba from a mine dwelling chrysalis into a beautiful butterfly, they just need to hang onto the share. I also see a huge corporate offer for this chunk of Groc that might be on the table sometime during the next year. An offer too good to turndown. Watch her fly then

Me too, had my finger on the trigger but backed off as it didn’t fly. I’m pleased I did hold off. I’m going to wait for confirmation of a number of areas but particularly funding from US these promises have been coming a long time. I’m watching this mole hill as a Cat waiting to pounce. A lot of the pounces fail but one day jackpot
