What do we think AP might come up with this week to lift the SP above 0.7p to get the placing shares away?
I think Vast will announce that they have entered into a deal with a company in Comoros that has invented a machine that can commercially extract gold from the ocean at virtually no cost. Naturally the deal is fully funded and Vast has a slice of the action by providing some form of crucial but undetailed process or service.
On 3 May there were 609m shares in issue. On 15 June that number will be 1465m shares.
More than 100% dilution to shareholders in six weeks.
Prelea’s not forming in the same way leopards don’t change their spots.
It’s likely to be a rough week.

Long post before. Question is if you think this company has a long term future, should you punt right now with a gigantic dilution about to occur on top of the existing distributions already happening?
Or is it better to watch and wait?
15m shares dumped after the close as anticipated. This is going to keep happening for quite some time to churn through the Atlas holdings plus the additional 460m shares that will hit the market officially (45% increase of shares in issue) for quite some time.
