“ Whilst certain of the required fixes as set out in the announcement dated 26 May 2023 and in the annual financial statements published at the end of June 2023 have been installed, optimisation and full commissioning has not yet been concluded and the plant supplier, Stark International Projects Limited ("Stark") has not been able to deliver spodumene concentrate as expected and production projections will need to be reviewed.”

Good find. Here’s what was said.
“ The Investment Agreement is subject to normal events of default and the Company has provided a number of standard warranties and undertakings. The Investment Agreement is secured over 290,000 shares of Circum Minerals Limited held by Premier.
The proceeds of the Investment Agreement will be used to reduce existing liabilities and general working capital for the Company.
The Investment Agreement also provides the Investors with a first right of refusal for one year (excluding any offtake related funding) in respect of any potential equity-linked funding instrument entered into by the Company.”
“ ERC Equipoise estimates flagship Lancaster to have proven plus probable reserves of just 7.1million barrels from its single producing P6 well, reflecting its natural decline.
Assuming a side-track well can be drilled (P8) in 2022, with water injection to boost production, ERCE estimated contingent resources of 11.8million barrels in the most likely case (1C), 34.7m in the mid case (2C) and 87.1m in a less likely case (3C).
However, that’s predicated on Hurricane being able to fund such a development so “there can be no certainty of any further activity in relation to the Lancaster field”, the firm said.”
What happened to the original 2.3b barrels. Sad to see what’s happening - hoping to recoup some losses but not hopeful
US going mental still with a lot holding out for a couple of dollars at the minimum which sets it up very nicely for the realistic group who will be able to reap the rewards from their lack of selling waiting for bigger returns.
Good weeks ahead.
the fundamentals remain the same, nothing has changed. A slight pullback was expected given the day-by-day rise but at this moment in time the oil could still be worthless so to be in the position we are in currently I would say is extremely positive.
Will be interesting next week once the US starts at 2:30pm and people look to close for the tax year.
