Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
I suspect they thought they'd be in a different place by now, with the microsalt float underway and BELL in a stronger position. Seems to be taking ages to unwind.
I don't think anyone would begrudge normal staff getting paid due to how this has all panned out. A £250k bonus would be unpalatable though. He just has to know that.
I'm not of the opinion that there will be a major contract awarded to microsalt before they float. My view is they may well have LOI drawn up but they need the funds to address these.
As unfortunate as it is for anyone wanting to get involved in the Microsalt IPO I'm clinging on to the hope that the PI involvement may have complicated matters and made it less attractive for the instis.
I'm guesstimating they want to float for £40 million (£10 of which will be a raise and fund expansion).
The Zeus IPO doc posted on here showed they have 30 million shares pre float and TBA after. Bit of a convenient number of pre float shares. I could easily be way off the mark but feel it's what they are looking for.
If they floated at that succesfully, ie followed by a couple of beefy contracts that would be over 20p value to TEK on Microsalt alone.
Pure speculation and a lot of IFS. I'd still rather hold out and they get it right but do think they need the funds to progress so it 's not as open ended as one might like it to be
Hard to gauge at the moment but if they proceed without the primary bid round to PIs it would be nice to think that even a portion of that 'up to £2.5 million' might be funnelled into here.
I'm not sure if it's hit anyone's accounts yet and I expect it will sit on the side lines until the what s happening with the IPO becomes clearer, but it is indirect exposure. Those funds may easily have been originated from TEK shares in the first place
Thanks for posting Mrozzy
That's interesting. Pure speculation but maybe insti's don't like it, for whatever reason or purely see a large chunk of the pie in punters hands as a risk (ie high volatility).
We ll have to see how it plays out but it was mooted as 'unusual' at outset.
Feels like they're half way there but just can't get it over the line.
Maybe they have a pledge for a good proportion of what they need but need a bit more from somewhere else.
Contracts and improving market conditions would help.
I'd still rather they took there time and got it right than floated it with poor terms and conditions.
Bell. An excellent float - Their weakness was production to meet their orders - Lucy, Poor float with weak terms.
Let's hope Microsalt is more Bell than Lucy. Fortune 500 relationships is a good start.
Thanks for the insult and out of context comment-classless, and we all know I'm not on ignore. You slipped up and replied to one of my posts a couple of weeks back, but no surprise there. Lies seemingly come easy to you.
Anyhows. Think yourself lucky we're not in an uptrend. That would be disastrous to long termers according to you
Probably expected an SP well North of here Clenched, especially after the Microsalt float. They'll have a better idea of what the stake will be worth to TEK. A smallish raise would have probably been palatable once they'd rescued the SP. Imo of course
on record, for what that's worth in the last presentation saying they won't be onboarding for a while, which is the right decision. they obviously have some sort of cash reserves but just need to bump up the balance, which is why i'm clinging on to the hope that it's just general salaries, without the bonus, thos year round and waitfor things to improve. good chance i'll be proved wrong but i like to give anyone the benefit of the doubt. the market liked it to a degree or saw it as derisking an imminent raise ( note i didn't say there wouldn't be one before some **** takes my words out of context). wouldn't be surprised to see it open up tomorrow
Exactly CM, but there will be other salaries etc. I doubt it but you never know. He might surprise us with the bonus. If there was ever an opportune moment to prove you even give a tiny bit of a sh_t about your shareholders, it's now
They normally do the rounds around mow to I think Lowlander. As you say, it would be an awful time yo dilute.
If Cliff fould just gor once forgo his bonus it would go a long way towards restoring a bit of faith, especially if it's followed by some good news.
What 210k for the ipo??. More like salaries so they don't have to embarass themselves with a raise for 'working capital '
That's what worries me about Bell as an investment. TEK can murder the sp every time they sell out. Bell might be a better investment once TEK are out, imho
Sometimes I it seems as though they seem to surpress good news during difficult market conditions, or at least stave off penning details. Wishing thinking I expect.
Let's hope the good news on Inflation sparks a decent turnaround.
N9t much fun around here at the moment
Morning Sea. I'm going to go with no news is good news with the IPO, ie they haven't abandoned it...yet, although now I've said that I m probably tempting fate.
Harald Braun said approximately 3 months with the shocks but I can't quite remember when. Maybe assume 4 as they seem to underestimate all the time scales.
Better be good when it comes
However. If you have a multitude of products that you don't want to change the taste of at all. I mean they will taste exactly the same with lower salt content then there is zero risk in making the change. Zero. That's why fortune 500s are sniffing about. It's not about there being very little difference in taste to a product. It's about there being NO difference in taste to said product. If new regulations come in can you really see larger food manufacturers switches from standard salt to potassium chloride if they can stick to salt? Really??. It's quite an easy concept to comprehend
Morning Agricore. I guess my main concern is the cash. We don't want it diluted to oblivion. I must admit I ve never tried the product so good to hear your positive review and look forward to the update. It's how long they take to get cash positive that it's really all about and therefore the next 6 months is critical. I'm very much looking forward to being proved wrong, believe me!
Regards
They probably set them low thinking they'd be able to rake more finance in but forgot that they were essentially trashing the sp.
Anyways last post on Lucyd from me for a while, or at least until there's some sort of news. I'm getting sick of my own voice haha
