It's so obvious BigBang that I can't see why the market isn't joining the dots but this isn't a rarity. TL I would have thought the SP would reflect this because someone is always in the know. Before we get any sort of formal notice the SP would be giving us the clues. Always the way

Looking at it from a completely different angle and just a coincidence, PepsiCo is a selected client of Tekcapital and they do own Walkers Crisps!

I've heard mention of that here before Big Bang. That's why I ran with Vusy's typo. If they are indeed a client that salt may just find it's way to a very large contract :)

I bought because the chart looked pretty (in all seriousness) - I'm catching up on the research whilst waiting for my targets to get hit (taking a bit longer than expected !)

Walkers owns 14.87% of TEK Capital ? - Blow me down. Are they listed as major holders on their website Vusy ? Too good to be true with Salarius kicking off.

Let's be honest. It's a beta stock. It could be anywhere by the end of the week!

If we are right though and the 2 companies to market, Salarius and Lucyd, are generating cash then the market cap is ridiculous. A PE of less than 2 is no supportable forever

Just hope we're not being classed as a Covid share at the moment - so much more and only slight link, don't want to get tarred with the same brush.

You're welcome Sparster. The 'covid share' label had crossed my mind too. I did ask how everyone had heard of this as it's pretty unknown and wondered if it had been tipped somewhere recently as that always creates volatility. The portable oxygen unit was created for COPD anyway so it shouldn't be that unless it's been touted by a tipster as just that. The salt is the winner for me. Such an easy solution that it's got to have a wide market. The rest are all a bonus and could easily suprise (especially Lucyd which I have assigned 0 value too (only because their product represents zip value to me!)

Topcatz - What happens after the 11.5p/12p? When do we break out?

Good Morning Sparster. We already did, and that's the irony. Within a couple of days we fell through the new support so it was a bit of an elongated fake (not rare for a false break within the same day (happens all the time) but TEK took a few days.
Downward resistance which we are now under hits what should be deep support in a couple of weeks. Within that apex the SP would be around 11.5 or just over. You would sincerely hope that that would be bottom line especially with the recent raise being around the same mark. It's ludicrous to think of anything else, but then again Aim can be a real b*tch. Hold on for the ride. These shares can turn on a sixpence

A couple of weeks ago when I originally drew some charts for this I did have a possibly buy pencilled in for deep into June at around 11.5/12p so we could visit there and if we do throw the kitchen sink at it. I bought higher on the off chance that news was imminent but also because it broke out (briefly). Tiny market cap swayed by a few sells or buys so not really honouring the technicals. I think the placement price was around here too so it could happen. I would be more than happy to be proved wrong but might be worth saving a little powder just in case. GLA, with this one you never know how you are going to finish the day irrespective of how you start it !

Not quite sure how revaluing the portfolio companies actually creates hard revenue but I'll get to the bottom of it, unless you can buy Salarius and lucyd shares directly. I like the business model and how they have set this company up but would really like to understand the incoming revenue going forward.

Thanks BB - Do I take it that all revenue last year with the exception of the 0.9 million placing was from 'services' then. It looks that way. Salarius and Lucyd (even though I'm not frothing at the mouth for eyewear) are really going to impact the PE next year. It's going to be fractional if the share price doesn't budge and that would be ludicrous. Add at anything below 21p I say.

Can anyone that's been around for a while give us a rough breakdown on where the 7 million revenue came from last year ?
I'm assuming it's not from any of their subsidiaries and more likely from commissioned reports etc but any info would be greatly appreciated. Just trying to work out where the 'bread and butter' is coming from whilst the likes of salarius etc are gearing up to make us fortunes :)

Yes Sparster - That's the deal with a small cap. Doesn't take a lot to shift it either way so a few sells and we're down 1p etc (although firming up a bit as we speak). Some good news will see really good gains here.

Could have been a better finish but the SP is still respecting the charts so no sweat. Hopefully better next week.

It's very James Bond. Possibly useful to someone who needs to really 'observe' and also run a few apps etc but very niche. I can't see a massive market for it personally but I thought smart phones and watches were a load of bowlox too when they first came out so what do I know !
