HI livepari4, I wonder if the SP will accelerate quickly before decision day, as you and I know, they wont be able to keep there mouths shut and news will filter out prior to the actual announcement.

Hi Tim, do you think the SP would not be slowly rising if RR were not to get a SMR contract of some sort, I think the nods will have been given now and people in the know will know who is getting what. be very surprised if RR dont get something worthy.

Wait for dividend, take divided, SP will drop on divvy day, then recover in 2 wks time, sell then. Just my opinion. Not to be taken as gospel

Yes, I can understand that, as you ask most folk what is RR, they will reply a car. However we know different, a non investor will always say car.

Does anyone else think the RR SP has held up well given the turbulence of the last fortnight?

Surely after a constant upturn in price this pull back is over all good, brings fresh money into the pipeline from buyers who would have looked at £8+ thinking this is too expensive, now down at £7.35, it may become attractive to new money

Wonder which way the markets will react to the low 10% in comparison to all other import duties,

Will they go up in relief at a low %
