It seems that a number of members are frustrated with the delays experienced in getting the PRC investment approval. Having lived in China for 36 years and helped take many many companies public from 1990s onwards, I can advise that things don't simply happen overnight. A strict sequence is followed and each department "stays in its own lane". Importantly, relationships are very important so talk about WH going will definitely see everything end in tears. What's important to know is that we have a plan B. Without that we are a hostage to fortune and risk everything ending in tears. The AGM should be used as an opportunity to explore what state of preparedness we have.
A 10% float could be useful, again use the AGM to nail down what it's intended to be used for . It's not uncommon for listed companies to have such a proviso refreshed annually.
