Ian has now proven himself in that he can deliver the goods at anytime and he follows through on his promise of increasing shareholders value in the near term
Ian price track record:
1. Says contracts near terms 10-100m - one week later - 10m contract and entry to usa market
He indicates many more to come and project execution = revenues flying in
2. He wants to execute contracts and generate revenues near term this year and to do that you need cash = NO PLACING and gets 10m LOAN
That’s very unlike most aim companies who would normal do a quick placing and shows he keeps interest of shareholders first
also that long term institutional lender show they are very very confident in the business plan to deliver this year in near term
(Giving 10m isn’t easy feat so shows major bullish sentiment by lenders)
3. He has hired ct3 to get the business going on the execution front - top class engineering staff on board
4. He confirmed no Ebioss influence and independence from there= Shows shareholders Ebioss are a non factor thus removing any fears and doubts over their performance and influence and decisions
5. He said he will communicate to shareholders more and he has done just that. 2 interviews in 2 weeks - again delivering on his promises. Complete change from previous board and ceo
So when he says contracts and revenue coming near term I sure as hell am excited , the insititutions invovled are excited because given his track record so far he backs up all he says and then some
