Alot if restaurants fail in the first year. Gordon Ramsey, Jamie Oliver etc. High overheads. Borrowing costs, staff etc and little or no profit margin.. Do some research

Takeaway services spring up all over because they have little overheads and high profit margins

Low overheads.. Mmm.. Not so sure about that. Salaries, offices, cars etc etc.
