I assume they went to DBI for funds for barracuda and that's when they discovered who they were. I think osa may have genuinely been duped by DBI. So when he discovered his error, came clean, and now had to resort to selling the super dielectrics stake in order to proceed further. The DBI announcement to me says they are going no further with DBI, but in a polite way
