In line with the Company's strategy, Roquefort Therapeutics has initiated out-licensing discussions with multiple large biopharmaceutical companies. These licencing discussions are focused on partnerships for the Company's core cancer therapeutic programs: Midkine antibodies, Midkine RNA therapeutics, STAT-6 siRNA therapeutics and MK cell therapy.

In addition, the Company seeks out licencing deals for non-core applications such as diagnostics, biomarker detection and therapy areas outside of cancer.

A summary of the agreed commercial terms in the term sheet are listed below:

· Initial consideration value of US$10 million, which includes non-dilutive equity in the SPV;

· Exclusive worldwide licence granted to the SPV for 20 years;

· Within 3 years, PDC to develop at least one of the Midkine antibodies within the SPV to the completion of a Phase 1 trial and then, upon success, to complete a trade sale of the SPV; and

· Roquefort Therapeutics will receive circa 24% from any successful trade sale proceeds, which if the Phase 1 trial is successful, this 24% is projected to be worth up to US$50M (gross) based on similar phase 1 trade sales.

As previously disclosed, the $1.05 million licensing deal with the Tier-1 U.S. aerospace vendor involves Ethernity delivering its silicon-tuned software to enable specific networking functionalities on the Customer's unique platform.

The Company obtained U.S Government approval for the project in September 2024, and over the course of six months, the Company has successfully completed all scheduled deliveries focused on porting Ethernity's existing silicon tuned software onto the customer's platform, and has invoiced $890,000 to date. Additionally, the Company is pleased to have received the highest performance ratings across all aspects of the contract so far, including technical support, adherence to scheduled deliveries, and overall management.

It is anticipated that the contract will be extended by an additional $290,000 to allocate dedicated development resources for additional functionalities beyond the original scope, with implementation planned over the next three months. Combined with the remaining $160,000 from the original contract, the additional $290,000 will bring the total anticipated collection to $450,000 in the near term. The Company anticipates further revenue from the Customer during H2 2025.

M&G has re-entered the annuity market eight years after it stopped selling the retirement products, Citywire can reveal.

The provider is launching a fixed-term annuity term product (between five to 15 years) for advisers’ clients, with a minimum lump-sum investment of £10,000.

The launch follows a restructure to M&G’s business last year, which saw its Wealth business merged into Life division, under the management of Clive Bolton.

Anusha Mittal, M&G’s managing director of individual life and pensions, said the annuity launch is part of a strategy to diversify and grow M&G’s life business with a broader array of products.
