yes, I reckon. it's been bobbing around 20 cents for months. stellar should be launching their own stellarx exchange this month and it could be an easy way to purchase a few more lumens. mobius on the stellar network is interesting but they spread themselves across 3 projects, which others specialize in singularly. maybe too much for them but clever they are. see how SP gets on before diversifying more.
