Tygra good points about the flow rate.

If,as hoped, we manage to exceed the flow rate to 1.8 (without sidetrack) then the revenue starts pouring in. Circa £12 million in year one!

HeadinSand - thanks for the great analysis. Just another couple of things to add.

1) The field will be gas producing for at least 10 years, that's at least another £280 million pounds worth of gas. Makes the Market capital look very cheap!
2) In the unlikely event of no successful sidetrack in the first three years we still have revenue from oil - circa £1 mill/annum

Important to remember four things about the Hedge
1) Even though the price per is low Angus DO earn revenue from the Hedge
2) The Hedged amount starts low and ends low so likely to be surplus gas in early months.
3) The hedge only lasts 3 years - stated gas production 10 years plus.
4) The side track will double production so this will be sold at Market rates.

They CAN do the sidetrack while still producing.
