Brilliant new volume figures means Angus is now meeting it's obligations (and the data is a day behind!).

0.1229 = 127.82 MMBtu/day MMSCFD (meets the September Hedge)

What we are looking for in volume flow rates are:

0.130 = 4.6 MMSCFD (meets the September Hedge)
0.155 = 5.5 MMSCFD (meets the 4Q Hedge)
0.225 = 8 MMSCFD (If both wells live up to expectation)

If Angus achieve the extra 2.5 mmscfd then -
Amount : 2.5 Millions standard cubic feet per day (MMSCFD of gas flow)
Equals : 2 600.00 Millions British thermal units (MMBtu/day / gas flow)

A therm (using price of 400p) = 2,600 * 400 = £10,400 a day or £3.7 million per month. £44.4 million per annum.

Sorry that should be £3.7 million a month!

Some news likely today after saying last week we would get an update. Looks like the steady flow rates are taking longer than expected (hasn't everything on this project) but we are pumping gas into the grid. The volumes are increasing and we still have well 2 and sidetrack to come. If your not a day trader all that's required is a little patience.

Baits - so just to be clear how many mcm do we need to meet the hedge?

If we can hold the average of 10% a day for the next ten days we will break the 5p barrier.

Not impossible on news expected and what's happened in last 5 days.

Only represents 1.4% of total shares and hardly surprising the recipients want to exercise them. the question is will they want to sell them come September - highly unlikely!

All good news. Calculated at £1,200 per ounce that gives a huge £800 million in the ground for a company with a MkCap of £12 million. DFS in Q3 2022 will be company changing.

George Lucan is a finance expert and excellent negotiator which bodes well for our future.

1) Secured the £12 million finance for the project on arrival
2) Threw out the paltry 1.5p bid
3) Bought out the remaining 49% of shares at a substantial discount
4) Renegotiated the Hedge until Gas was produced

I believe the next phase could be a sale at a realistic price.

The Angus answers this morning predicted revenue of £31m in 2021 at 51% ownership. So now owning 100% gives £60 million. Additionally this was based on a Gas price of 70p per therm. In August the price has never dropped below 350p per therm. Extrapolate this and Angus have £300 million per annum.

Current Market Cap of £57 million makes this share ludicrously cheap!

Great news - National Grid confirming gas is flowing from Saltfleet!

Spot on Tygra - 20,000,000 shares appear as late trades - no wonder the MM's get a bad name.

My only advice is DON'T put stop losses on as these shakes will always catch you out. expect a rise tomorrow.
