Time scales last year were :
1st March - Drill Programme at Sanankoro
22nd April - First drill Results from 2021 Sanankoro
5th May - Further drill Results from 2021 Sanankoro
Then further results - 24/05, 07/06, 16/06, 07/07, 04/08

So based on start date of 16th March 2022 - we could get results as soon as 1st May 2022, with further results following approximately every two weeks.

Like buses three come along at once. My take is they just rienforce what good value ANGUS is.

1) The SOUND offer was terrible, they are a poor company, wanted to pay in worthless shares and wanted ANGUS on the cheap.
2) The quote "The Company is pleased to continue discussions with two actively interested parties for part or all of our Licence interest at an asset level." is very reassuring and suggests we have a better offers on the table.
3) No deadlines have changed, may get an unhedged month and deadlines still being met.

What is not to like?

Main points.

1) Cash balance at £13 million
2) Net lose running at £3.5 million
3) Board remains hopeful the DIA for the project will be made in the coming months
4) DFS expected within no more than 12 months of EIA approval
5) Spodumeme prices rose 500% over the year

No deadlines given, we (and SAV) are at the mercy of the APA. My feeling is that we are within a couple of months of approval.

There’ll be no “Afghanization” & no long conflict exhausting RF as someone expects. RF will leave all territories except the south & east, will try to dig in there, set air defense, drastically reduce losses & dictate terms. Without heavy weapons we won’t be able to drive RF out

Just for context a company generating revenue of £30 million a year should have a market capital around 10x that.

Bearing this in mind, ANGUS will generate a conservative £2.5 million a month, have very small overheads and expansion potential, then market cap will be £200 million. That puts us at a share price of 14.5p within a year. HOLD.
