Thank you for your replies guys, I just thought maybe closing price would be minimum they could offer. I honestly can't see us been delisted though and expect the mother of all rns's to drop at 7am 29th may.

So, now we know that the company would need 75% of the shareholder votes to delist. To take the company private they would have to buy back our shares.
If the company delists on 29th may and they decide to take it private would they have to buy back our shares at closing price prior to suspension?

I believe it's to the boards advantage to use every day of suspension to iron out any finer points.

There will be an rns on 29th of may, and not before.
The rns will read A n other has joined the company as nomad and joint broker with immediate effect.
The flanks license has been given final approval, and is now in our possession.
The company has sold MT to A n other for x amount of pounds, and a dividend will be paid to shareholders.
