Not happy with directors taking advantage of weakest price in share price this year, (52 week low) after dropping what could be deemed a negative RNS the day b4, smacks of market abuse, plenty of other homes for my money, I’ll be out today.

Google works as someone mentioned for the last trade, however, if you want to see the live trades live listed for free, go to vox markets, create a watchlist, click the arrow beside the company ticker, then click see full company information (bottom left) then finally click trades (at top third across on tool bar) then bingo that’s the trades live. Avoid their podcasts though

Imho the small raise is actually good, as It suggests JA has secured a second farm in, otherwise he would of hit the market for the drilling shortfall, or tried to, in JA defence he did say in an investor interview there may be a small working capital raise before drilling, so unusual for a CEO to be so transparent.

Nope don’t think there’s any problem with the second farmin partner, from the rumours I’m hearing the second farmin is nailed on, and scheduled spud date is on course. DYOR

Imho, the second farmout will be paid for in sweat equity, if you think about it, if that wasn’t the case, negotiations would have involved all three parties if two parterre paying cash, so as to be fair, as this has been announced individually, this leads me to believe COSL will be onboard very soon.

Placing could have raised £15m is what I’m hearing, scale back to 40%, for boutique brokerages, obviously the company would I’d imagine preferentially load known sticky holders, secondary market demand perhaps good

Why couldn't he raise $1.40 million for Peru when we start drilling it and have a date for it? Surely we have lot of news due before on Colter and SundaGas which would uplift the share price again considerably.

FFS suhail, you’ve obviously never worked in oil and gas environment, providing precise dates in 2nd and 3rd world countries is dam near impossible, within a couple of months is perfectly acceptable for most seasoned oil and gas investors, perhaps this share isn’t for you after all

Latino, I also took shares in the placing, the placing was sold to investors old and new, including institutional investors that Peru would be drilled on a 100% ownership basis, in a timeframe Carey mentions in the post below, and like another poster said, contact the company if you still don’t believe. However, the placing needs approved at EGM as previously mentioned. Buy! Imho

Very! Expecting material news within a couple of months, the placing stock is sticky, on the whole imho, expect a TR1 after EGM, 2 MM sold shares they didn’t have on the recent big rise at 0.3 and above, and it’s rumoured to be 1/4-1/2£m that they have to buy back, so don’t be surprised when we fly up, MM will try every trick in the book to shake you out, I’ll be buying more if they take it back down, because it won’t last.
The MM got caught out doing the same on EUA and that was the main driver behind the recent sharp rise there before suspension, and I’m pretty sure we something similar here. All imho
