Having been in (and out) on the BB spike I have waited, watched and waited once more for this to regain the buzz and sentiment it once had. I bought back in this morning as I can see it returning in spades. I wont be watching the meeting tomorrow as to be honest the last one bored me to death. This is the start of a major movement in price and all being well tomorrow i can comfortably see it bagging over the next week or two. GL to all holders, it's going to be a very interesting few months ahead!
I'm a holder and didn't panic today as one question has really chewed at me. That being that the major holders were prepared to stump up for the bond repayments. Why would they do that knowing sale of TI was imminent but if left as a zero cash shell they would lose their investment?? I think the major holders have been privvie to the offers and as such know they will get a return above current levels, which means we will as holders.
Personally dont like that RNS, lacks any solids and the comment stating the cash in bank as an addition to sale price will settle outstanding bonds suggests TI is being sold below debt and this will become a zero balance shell.
Seen this many times, lots of casual day traders jump in expecting a straight line climb of 100's of percent and then get spooked by a quick shake and sell at a loss. Whilst the patient hold or wait for an entry point before it begins to fly again. I for one wont be letting any of these go this week.
I cant wait to find out who our bidders are. I would imagine at least one of the big six will be in and table a ridiculously big offer way above business value. TI is a fantastic opportunity for them to not only grab market share but to use that to integrate and increase other areas of their businesses. Very exciting week or two ahead IMO.
I have just spent a few hours going through RNS's and calculating a fair value based on current reported reserves. It took 6 pages of calculations but think I finally got there based on all being proven (but not upgraded) and a mid/major buying the asset at 5% value and WOW! This before doubling that figure if they achieve 10%. I wont share my valuation but highly suggest anybody with any concerns do their own math. The potential here is staggering.
