Nige Hi, Remember as well, for example ( The 12 April 2018 Final 2.29 ) you do not have to hold as you can sell directly after the ex divi date say the 13th April to buy for other company ex divi dates and as long as you buy back just by 31/05/18 for the special on so on. That is what I did last year with TW & ITV. It can get risky doing this in respect to the share prices at those times but it worked for me. Cheers Tom :-))

Troubles Hi, Yes absolutely. I was hoping that ITV could get above 175+ then cash 25% for a top up here but I do not want to sell below that price. I have some spare cash in the savings but I don't want to add anymore to the normal account as I am trying very hard to reduce same, because of CGT. I have far too much there and it will take a good few years to swap over into the ISA at �20k each year so that's why I don't want to buy any more there. The ISA is full for this tax year so I cant even buy any more in the ISA so will have to wait until April for that. As for TW, will most definitely sell some at 205+ then wait for the drop, but timing is the key. Knowing my luck as soon as I sell some they will shoot up LOL. Cheers Tom :-))

Troubles Hi, After the fall yesterday I will be very temped to do a 25 or 50% sell next time we see 202 ish. It appears that we are losing out every time with the rises and falls !!!!! :-( After a sell just wait for another fall as they keep on popping up every month. Can not believe we hit 190 again especially after a rise to 211, wow !!!!! AT least ITV is up today to 171.65 GBX Price increase 4.65 (2.78%) Cheers Tom :-))
