5lawsofgold, Your Mortgage is one of the most important financial matters in your life and I for one would never have gambled with that money. There is an old saying in share dealing and that's only invest what you can afford to lose. I am sorry that you have taken that gamble but it was your choice. The only thing I can suggest is claw back what you can and if you can not move on investing in shares put your money in a safer place so your mortgage monies are secure.

The wording "Move on" was meant to mean move onto other ways of share dealing and try and recoup some losses. Anyone found from corruption / fraud most definitely should be prosecuted for sure and their assets confiscated towards repaying those that have lost out. Read my post Today 13:32

I hope that any further payments/ salaries to any of the directors are frozen / cancelled immediately especially this type of payment:- There has been much criticism over the size of Mr Howson's pay award in 2016 which, including bonuses, totalled �1.5m. He is also due to receive a salary until October of the this year.

The government are partly to blame for this mess so I would not recommend putting any faith with them throwing any type of a lifeline with conditions. CLLN are finished as a group and no life line will be considered, remember they are millions in debt to top it all. IMO move on.

Troubles Hi, Yes Know what you mean. I recall someone last week saying we would not see a drop to 198 for a while, well today has seen that off for sure. I think we will bounce back around 14:00 hrs. Sorry I forgot to say they may get paid for goods and services they supply from the date of the Official Receiver's appointment onwards, but not for what they have already supplied, if that makes sense.

illbetabuck, correct me if I am wrong but Carillion is being liquidated, and not going through administration, so the role will be to sell off any assets to pay creditors as much as possible with a view to winding up the company. Therefore suppliers will not be paid !!!!!

I doubt very much if he will get paid as there are tens of thousands of suppliers in question and others to be paid first, he may be 100,000 th in line. So I would cancel and further orders or deliveries, and count my losses. IMO of course. They haven't paid 1000's of previous suppliers so I doubt if any new supplies will be paid for.

PPE, Do not send out any more PPE as you will not be paid, cut your losses and cancell any further deliveries, pronto.
