If you do not mind me saying, you could be very right and nothing might happen !!!!! the worse possible case a big cut in the divi then IMO the SP would be hit big time so lets hope that is not the case.

He must come up with good news and a positive plan for future growth and add confidence here as its disappearing very quickly ATM.

The only other way I can see is to hold and just hope it turn's around in the new year, but that is based on pure hope, not a wise move when one has a big investment in any share. But that is what I personally will do as to cut my losses and run will be a major financial loss to me so will have to hold and hope for the best. I now wish I never got involved with this particular Share, but hay ho there you go.

Enquest are also down 7.03% so be careful saying buy at 25 and selling at 30 as they could go down as well as up !!!!! plus remember costs !!!!!!

You must also remember if you are down here whats the point in taking a further risk losing here and maybe losing there. A mate of mine has just dome the same thing, sold TW. at a huge loss bought into BDEV and they are down by 12% so he is now in a double whammy situation, should have stayed put and waited for a turn around. He is now in a far worse position that he was in holding TW.

Just be careful Mrd as losing hurts.

160 /170 is no good to those that actually average around 196 +and above in some cases. We need this over £2 at least. Many here are in the same boat so NR has his work cut out for sure.

The last special dividend paid got wiped out in the matter of days last time around and its been falling since so the next 4p will have no effect whatsoever to the current SP. I tend to agree with you that other telecoms are doing far better but many here have to hold as to sell would be a disaster to their finances.

Lets hope you are right for a rise Nov / Dec.

Yes I agree with you but I was talking about real investors not teenagers investing from their bedrooms, most cant afford a hamburger less putting their hard earned pocket money into shares. Those that do not research IMO could be throwing their money into the wind.

I don't think I said or made any assumption that every person who does X amount of research will derive X amount knowledge and understanding. If you read my post it clearly refers to me not others.

Finally I was not pointing the finger at you with the term Excellent post it was referring to all those that were saying what a great RNS it was not directed at you personally.

As I said I wish I never asked the question in the first place, lol.

With respect I have been dealing in shares including AIM for many years. Prior to purchasing any share I tend to do many hours, days or even weeks reading up on a company and listening with both ears open to any news, views or future company plans, including that with GGP, prior to making any large investment.
I have been a member on LSE for over 10 years and pay particular attention to those that appear to know exactly what they are talking about and I digest that information, do my research then make a financial plan to start purchasing the shares and very carefully watch as I buy or sell. Anyone that purchases shares as you suggest that don't do proper research into their investments, or are not equipped to understand in any detail are basically fools and should not be investing in something they have no clue what they are investing in and I doubt that's true in most cases.

My simple question was, on such excellent news why is our SP the same as it was yesterday (with No RNS) and I sincerely hope that the next RNS has a better outcome than the last.

Thanks for your post and concern and I assure you that I am quite knowledgeable on basic human psychology.

Just a question here, forgive me but if this is excellent news why are we in the RED still. Surely if the markets thought it was such great excellent news the SP surely should reflect this great news, no such luck ATM ???????? Or are we missing something !!!!!!!
I am all for a bit of patience but every time we receive an RNS we get a very slow rise to a today high of 1.15 then fall off the cliff again down to a low of 1.08, and now 1.10 back below yesterdays close of 1.12 ??

People are frustrated as the SP has been continually been falling for the past 6 months from 213.95 to current 1.48. You can not really call that whinging. In your own words you point out that "Shares can rise as well as fall" All we want to see is a rise not a continuous fall, so give us all a break. :-)

Must admit very frustrated here ATM I too have an average of around 1.96 so not happy at all. The sooner we hear what is going on the better before the SP falls more. It can fall a lot in 3-4 weeks !!!!!!!!! We need some kind of confidence booster for sure to stop this SP deterioration.

The RNS is not bad at all and at least it is positive. I just do not understand why the news has had no effect to the SP at all ?? Maybe news is not as good as expected, in fact its back to RED ?

Oh well back to the next wait on the fence.

We LTH are very happy staying here :-)) The lower it gets the more share we can buy. That's share dealing. Hope you agree or get off this board, you "sold out" of here so why are you telling others we will fail. Bit tiring for sure.
