I have a isa accout and buy &sell shares throughout the year. I have sold up to £100k worth of shares say ITV then bought back £100k pounds worth of TW shares.
The £20k is the amount that you can invest each year. If you take out the £20k for any reason you can not put back until the next year.

The SP went down as many others, I think it fair to say most on here have losses including you, so bit of a silly question.

Poker, I assure you that I am fully up to date on what the markets view and say about VOD and missing no point whatsoever.

I am fed up talking about him so please give it a rest, he is banned so except the fact. As far as I am concerned that's the last said on it, fed up wasting my time as other more important things to do.

As you and many on here know VOD and many other shares have been on a downward trend for the past 3 months. Anyone could say the SP next week will be 148 then 145 and if that did not happen they could then say Oh we have had a turn around to back themselves up for incorrect / misleading post. In his case that's exactly what he did in this downward period.
If I recall he predicted the fall for a certain week that has passed ages ago, and it was totally incorrect so stating he was 100% correct is totally wrong. We have only just hit around the 153 mark in fact just a week ago.
NOBODY can predict the rise or fall of a share price, if they could they would be very rich indeed. With full respect, If you believe he had a crystal ball I am afraid you may be a wee bit naive to say the least.

Poker, The post with the key turning points was directed to another member not you !!! This is a resistance point and it rises and falls during the day, the idea of that point is to hold or get to above that point then HOLD onto the 2nd point.

Cut and paste ??? that's why it was invented to do just that. You did exactly that with C&P my post ""We really need to get past the 1st resistance point of 153.30." LOL

I did not ban anybody, be a bit more careful in what you say, I filtered him and that's what I am entitled to do. ??????

And your other comment that I was not interested I have said many time in the past the he did in fact make some good points but he spoilt that by his constant post's one after the other some days with over 100 a day that's my main point having to see a pile of red filter messages all over the screen, so please do not start to make things up.

He is gone now so please give it a rest. Why keep on about him ?

Noticed that we are still holding ground at 152 + as most markets down today. Have a look at Barcharts key turning points. We really need to get past the 1st resistance point of 153.30.

Key Turning Points

1st Resistance Point 153.307
2nd Resistance Point 154.573

Last Price 152.260

1st Support Level 150.867
2nd Support Level 149.693

Its apparent that you did not take your mates advice with all of the useful post and sold 3 months ago. You would have been a very happy person and a bit more wealthier.

Poker every one to their own opinion. You say " far more than anything I have ever written" May I suggest you look at your own.
If you can not do your own research and rely on his thousands of useful posts I would suggest you pack up dealing in shares..

Jennis Hi,

The main reason for him coming back time and time again is that some reply to him and that fuels his fire as he needs attention like a child. I agree some of his post were factual but we can all do our own research without it being pumped down our necks with 100's of posts basically saying the same old thing.

There are a good few on this board that can give advice and help if needed and I respect them that try to assist other members, now that's what I call useful.
