Morning all,

With all these posts this morning re "the great RNS, fantastic news etc" I personally fail to understand why we are still around 124 live. Appreciate its a 14% rise from 109 but on this type of news I was expecting at least 2p +. Some are saying lets let this sink in but it should have by now 11:30 am ?????
As far as I can see we opened at around 124 with a rise to 135+ then back down to where we opened. Please can someone explain why a price of 125 ish is fantastic as it was at this level two months ago, without an RNS of this nature, sorry but have I missed something and I am a little baffled at this current SP. ????

Re my comment last night !! This was not intended to anyone personally but my opinion here to some comments.

I hope that those that have condemned TM, watched ALL of her 31/2 hours of constant hard questioning and her TV interview, I did. She was firm and stood her ground like a real Leader as far as I could see, not buckling under severe pressure. I assure you that I could not have endured or taken some of the insults thrown her way and give her my total respect in standing firm, many men could not do the same apart from other women, with respect.

There are some that do not like or agree with our PM ( they Voted for Her ) but that's who we have fighting for our country, and it would appear mainly on her own with a few believers on her side. I agree and respect the peoples vote to leave ( I personally voted remain and think I did the right thing ) the thing is she is fighting for those the majority to get out and that's exactly what she is doing, she did not write the leaving deal document and others were employed to negotiate same on our behalf, two of which jumped ship even before the deal was delivered.

All this is ATM is a withdrawal agreement that has to be agreed by our parliament and those ministers concerned. I accept that this is a draft, and under scrutiny could be tweaked or amended but that time has not yet come.

Nigel farage said yesterday after condemning the document, when asked he said that he has not even read the complete document, neither have many others that have dismissed same. ?????

The country voted to leave and TM is trying her very best to oblige that opinion, they should be cheering her on and give her a vote of confidence for trying where not many have the guts to do so. Lets throw in the keys to No 10 to Jeremy Corbyn ( God Forbid )

Troubles Hi,

What a mess this is, wish this never started, and tired of hearing about it to tell the truth. Personally I am glad Gove is sticking to his old job as I feel that the position offered does not matter anymore IMO. I feel that May should try somehow to go back for a second try at closing out some of the negatives and try for a better position then bring it back for further discussion with the ministers against the present paper.
The last thing we need now is a leadership challenge.

Have to get me car serviced so hope we see some better news later.

Correct me if I am wrong but Millions has been wiped off the TW share price today and other House builders so this has effected the overall finances of the company. If they sold the company yesterday it would have been worth a fare higher price. Put it this way if someone was buying the company yesterday and agreed a price I am sure they would reject that offer seeing that the share price of the company has fallen by millions today, and that the SP could even fall further. As I say I might be wrong but it makes sense to me ??

Hopefully we have hit the low today as seems to be regaining some ground at 149.20 :-)

We may see a further fall now as Jacob Rees-Mogg submits letter of no confidence in Theresa May.

I agree with you and as we speak its now 148.20 and could fall to 145 or less by close. Loss since yesterdays close of 162.10 nearly fallen by 9%

Agree but consider !! that is quite possible as some are asking for her immediate resignation now, and if she is forced out that it is possible for another GE, do you agree that this could happen with the current poor position our country is in ?

I do hope this is not the case and that we do reach a reasonable deal but there is a good % of ministers that are against such a deal now, also taking into account those TM's ministers resigning as we speak. Its a real mess.

This is a great opportunity to get back in but nobody knows how far this can fall atm. May I suggest a 4 X 25% rung buy back.

Say buy back 25% of your cash at current SP at 149 and if it falls further another.

Say 25% at 147 if that happens & another,

Say 25% at 145 if that happens & another,

Say last 25% at 143 if that happens.

That would reduce risk of a one of buy and the SP drops. If the SP starts to rise do the same thing but going up.

Noticed the SP has now fallen to 148.25 so get in quick if you agree this is a good plan, but its your choice.

Midland Hi, that's the whole point, the way things are going ATM that date might not occur, it all depends on what road we are going to take, even the Government cant make up their minds where we are going or even where we will end up.

It is possible there may even be another referendum, who knows.

Turn on the BBC PM question time to see what mess we are now in.

Oh !! Just hit 149, could see a lot lower soon, maybe others might start to panic seeing their investments float away due to bl--y brexit.
