Dooze the rain is just to start here with a BIG black cloud coming over. Just paid £240 for 3 fence spures after the wild wind last week and hope not to see again for a while.

What happens if the holders have their own secure Vault / safe housing ?? how can any goverment keep a full account who bought or sold what as you are well aware that gold that is in a secure account that can be bought and sold as and when. Do the Chinese Gov have access to everyones account ????????????? as this sounds unaccountable ??????? especially if one can give away for example Gold Britts to anyone they like and if I was the owner of Thousands of pounds as a chinese investor I would put my cash into say Atkinsons and do what we have done for years. ?????

Just a quicky, "Chinese gov can call in from its citizens the 20,000 (guesstimate) tons as it sees fit". How does this work ?? do they just remove the Gold from investores accounts and pay them at the current price or what ????????? That sounds like daylight robbery IMO especially as Gold prices are on the up, so why do they not do it now rather that wait any further increases as we all know the price of Gold ??????

Sorry just do not understand as never looked into this subject. Holding Gold in store say Like we do in Atkinsons vaults, that in the UK is safe from grabbing hands ( I hope ) so how is this allowed in China ?????? What is so different.

The only thing that makes any sense to me is that if holders of any amount of gold in China there is a clause when buying that the gov can request ( or grab ) those gold amounts held at a going market price ???????

Dooz thank God you were not hurt as many have been including one of my friends but not bad, singed eyebrows, all of his haid and eyebrows and he looked a well bit odd 😏

Years ago friends having a small BBQ and when it was time to sort out the ingredient to the buns around the table, a little one turned around and said smoke from the barbie !!!!!! while we were around the bar inside getting a little drunk, then WOW what a laugh.

The Kids thought they would help out and put all the table full of Salad etc etc on to the top of the ongoing BBQ and you must know what happened WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSH as a mate pushing the kids away to save them from being injured threw a bucket of water over same and it blew back with such a force that blew him a few meters away, we all ran to save him only to see all his Hair, eyebrows and eyelashes gone and he was smoking from the head and a wee bit BROWNED OFF but very surprised 🥵 but very well OK after a few Bevs a cold water towel and a bit of comfort from all LAUGHING from the BBQ that blew up

WHAT A SCREAM !!!! and we all got totally bedraggled and went home laughing and falling into a few bushes .

Now that was a great w/e but NO salad or anything else but a few bevvies.
