Can anyone hazard a guess when the SWAG results might come in a surely they are now overdue ??? Just asking as this will be the next hurdle to affect our SP. Some have suggested early next week !

Nige Hi, yes I must agree that personally I was a little disappointed with the GGP SP dropping rather than rising with the latest GREAT news. But as you have pointed out, early day yet with loads of news to come. I think maybe most markets were down yesterday and looking at TW back to 105 is also rather disappointing to say the least.
They are now saying that HB's may well be hit again big time, mainly down to the CV19 with another possible complete shut down for a Month+, wow just before Christmas too when many need cash for their families :-( This could happen as early as this coming Monday.
Oh well lets hope for the best and those people that are not taking the Rules of CV19 serious think again!!!!

Seeing you brought GGP up its fine over there. The drilling results are fantastic 11 out of 11 so far and it takes a while for the market to digest the latest info. So no worries and the SP closed UP 1.5% approx.
If you recall I bought in around 0.01p and they are now 0.24p so very happy indeed with over 11mil shares now and a "free ride" so no complaints for sure.
So why you have said "What happened to the great expectations for GGP ?" is not understood ?
Many on this TW board invested in GGP including you so I hope they are also very happy with their additional investment. We can all have other investments other than House builders and at the moment I am very pleased that I did take a risk as it has worked out exceptionally well for all that chose that road and do hope you are too.

When the time is right and the Special divis are returned I will reinvest in H/B as they have always been good to me and only TW by the way as they were my main long term investment, 13 years actually.

Yes I seen it but I am at a loss to understand this actual fall to 23p with the excellent update and great news. I am sure this must be a temporary glitch and will return later but still very surprised. Also noticed the quite session form others ATM, must also be in shock !!.
Also note every time we get great news a fall back but many were saying yesterday they thought this would not happen but hey ho away we go again. Time to turn off me thinks.

Yes not really concerned or worried any more as we are now firmly established and will be moving North all the way with maybe the odd fall back but just testing then back up so we are now in for a new roller coaster ride up to Xmas.

Well done for holding, and 12p is past tense now. It would appear that we are now risk free and well on our way to wherever the North road takes us. Havieron alone is our Golden Bank so whatever extra comes along now is just a very nice bonus.

What a result, up most of the night reading the board, could not keep up with the posts and banter.
