Hi all, not being an expert in dealing details, however.

I apreciate what Spades has said, but I still can not understand why the SP is stagnent around 330 ish. Knowing good news to come we hope, why are we stuck at this SP.

If there are so many out there wanting to BUY shares why is the price still this low as in the good old days a few weeks ago the SP was in the region of 17/18p now at 16.2 ?????

No wonder the sell's are down at such a price. Who in their right mind woud sell at 16.2 p ?????????????????????

I joined this fantastic board years ago back in 2018 at a SP of 0.019 ish and transferred all my other investments straight into GGP at that price, with education and advice from a buddy on the TW board that was all over the place at that time and, wow what a great bit of advice from my old friend "BAMPS " and an old friend Nige !!!!!!! BLESS HIM, that has unfotunatly passed away, what lovely person and family, good old TW board withe loads of friends and time spent together.

All I can say is Keep your faith, and wait until the real News arives. It is coming, so please be cool and keep Faith !!!!!

Excuse me for maybe asking a daft question as I have tried to look this TR1 notification up but have not found an answer.

My question is do normal private investors have to fill out a TR1 and what is the total amout of shares that would trigger having to complete a notification.

Sorry for asking but I can not find an answer.
