Think you will find that the new guaranteed amount in your bank or Building society is £85K up this year fro £75K.
I never hold any huge amount in any savings accounts in the banks or B/S, only say £2k in bank for bills etc and the same in B/s for a rainy day.
Have you thought of opening a NS&I savings account. All savings are 100% safe as they are covered by Treasury. You can remove any amount when you wish and it also has the same or better Interest and the banks.

ANother great thing is that you can invest up to £2 million max. I highly recommend that you have a good think about NS&I savings. One other thing what about investing up to £50k in premium bonds !!!!!

Buy the way this is my past dealings during a transfer from a trading acc into an ISA acc and NOT trading as such. Before some take this in a wrong way and accuse me of trading GGP shares lol, there are some on here for sure.

Re :- selling GGP from trading account and transferring cash you are out of the market on those shares for a while, so if you are prepared to risk that fair enough.

I have never done B&I always sold at what price I wanted as you are in control of your selling price, obviously at a high. Then If you have a T2 that means your cash does not settle for those 2 days however you can still trade if you like from your ISA account if you feel the need. As soon as the cash settles you can do an internal transfer into your ISA acc and buy any shares immediately. It is wise to do this when there is no news due and at a lull time to save any spikes during the transfer period of those two days. I have never had any problems doing this. And if you think about it you can do this a week or two before the new tax year if the SP gets to an acceptable level to sell whatever amount you intend to transfer and also remember you do not have to do this in one go you can do it over time so no rush and you sell and buy when YOU want to.

Daveri just read some of your posts. Don’t bring me into your argument and say I am trading the a-se out of this share which is totally incorrect. In fact I have just bought thousands NOT SOLD and I will have you know that I do not trade this share.

You are right and the problem is that the good posters here are replying to them fueling their fire. If Everyone just STOPPED replying to the trolls they will have no alternative but to go away and leave our board alone.

PLEASE, just ignore and YES I have bitten as many and replied, BUT it does not help SO as of today lets all get together and block those that DO NOT COUNT, for all our time and effort, DNRP, do not reply to plebs! Just a suggestion as I am doing it from today and hope to get a bit of "friendly support" from the real GGPERS.

Maybe some will agree, just a suggestion that I now will undertake, "look to those that count and to those that deserve a reply". There now I think that is a way forward IMO of course :-)

Personally I would prefer any results good or bad be put to one side and let the share breath, with the positive news so far.
Its to No ones interest at all, to suddenly have good or great news, then hit it with bad news from SW.

Lets look at this and say SWAG is SWAG and could be GREAT.

Now lets look at what we have ON THE TABLE NOW and thats our MINE HAVIERON.

It may be a good idea to forget the guesses on what Swag has or may have and to put your efforts into "WHAT WE HAVE ALREADY"

I was also referring to his claim he topped up another 1 million shares, that's the one I would like him to show.

When I bought a few on the 12/03 I posted time date and quantity before it was even shown on here. In fact it was 266,657 shares @ 0.225.

Now lest see the same for his 1 mill top up as he quoted.

Then he might not be so quick to ask other members to man up and show their dealings.

DGR hi, have a look at his earlier post.

He posted all his Feb shares at Today 10:57 but no 1 mill shares shown. He was asked when and where were this Buy and he did not reply, no date or time. Maybe he can confirm time day and date of his claim, I would love to see that as he is asking other holders to man up and show their dealings, out of order IMO.

As far as I can see NO million buys this morning. Those few were yesterday late trades. NONE today.
